Man Confronts Worryingly Sentient Google Home

Short radio fiction. Grim in parts. Some Coldplay though. Swings and roundabouts you know?

I haven’t tried emailing one of these radio things yet, so I honestly don’t know if it will work. Which is fun.

It’s three and a half minutes of radio fiction about, as the title suggests, a man confronting his worryingly sentient Google Home. Just relax, buddy. Only a bit of fun.

If this is not your jam, regular text-based posts will resume next fortnight. If it is your jam, there are other old radio stories on this SoundCloud account.

Thank you for reading this story. Or maybe, thank you for just scrolling down to the bottom. I don’t know which one you did. I’m not a cop.

This is just a chipper, copy-and-pasted reminder that if you enjoyed this story, you can express that enjoyment by hitting the heart icon at the top of the page. Also, you can use the button below to share it with a friend who might like it. Or an enemy who might like it. It’s all the same to me. You can also do none of these things and totally get away with it because, as I said, I’m not a cop.
